Hi Point Youth & Open will be awarded at the H.A.M.E. Annual meeting in October.
Only H.A.M.E. members are eligible.
Stalls > $30.00 (weekend)
No stalls or bedding will be held without payment.
Office Fees > $10/horse *if postmarked by 7/1*
> $20/horse *after 7/1*
Bedding > $6.00
A tocket for paid bedding will be in your show package.
This ticket MUST be presented to get your bedding.
Jump Out > $20.00 per horse per day
Camping* > $25.00 per night
*A permit will be in your show package.
This permit MUST be displayed.
Class Fees:
if postmarked by July 1st: $15.00
if postmarked after July 1st: $18.00
Youth Classes: $5.00 (No late fee)
Youth showing in open classes will be regular class fees.
* Horses CANNOT be left in trailers overnight unattended.
* NO portable pens.
* Stall fronts MUST NOT be removed.
* NO entires will be made without proper paperwork & fees.
* Incomplete entires will be returned to sender.
Rules will be strictly enforced - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Measuring will be Fri PM, Sat 7:00am, & Sun as needed.
Show will start at 8am Saturday and after the HAME Futurity on Sunday.
Stalls available after 1pm on Friday.
Deadline for Sat morning classes: 8pm Fri (classes 1-49)
Deadline for Sat afternoon classes: 8am Sat
Deadline for Sun classes: 8pm Sat

H.A.M.E. Futurity will be held Sunday, July 19th at 8:00am.
After the Futurity we will take a 30 minute break with the A.M.H.R. Sanctioned show to follow.

SATURDAY PIZZA PARTY (after show): Free to H.A.M.E. members (keep in mind we wouldn't refuse a class sponsorship), $6 for non members.
ON WEEKEND OF SHOW - Fee for new class is $22
IF YOU DROP A CLASS, THEN RE-ENTER THE SAME CLASS, A FEE OF $5 WILL BE CHARGED.

Boone County Fairground is a beautiful facility. Showers will be open with lots of hot water. Lunch stand on grounds.

Out of state horses must have current Health Certificate issued within 30 days of entry.
