Weanling Sustaining Form
Foals born this year must pay a sustaining fee to remain in the futurity program. If you did NOT show your foal at the H.A.M.E. Show in July- you need to have this done. Deadline to sustain your foals is December 31st of the foaling year.

Foals need to be sustained by December 31st of the foaling year and again on February 1st of the following year as they are then yearlings. Two year olds and your mare nominations are also due on February 1st. If you have any questions please call me at 608-429-3290 or email me at sberg24@yahoo.com
Best way to do this is to send everything by December 31st of the foaling year and then you will not forget about the deadlines. Please do this, as "deadline" will mean what it says-

3- $20.00 for each foal.
4- Make check payable to H.A.M.E. Futurity.
