DEADLINE IS FEB.1st
1. Fill in the information about the owner.
2. Fill in the information about the stallion.
3. List the mares you bred to the stallion that you want to nominate.
4. Mail the completed form and $5.00 for each mare.
5. Make check payable to H.A.M.E. Futurity.
6. Send copies of the mares and stallions registration papers if you did not nominate them before. I have copies on file for you. If I need other copies for your file, I will contact you.
